Description

Be prepared to ride NYC public transit as soon as you get to the house! The Garden House is located across the street from the bus (BX39) that takes one to the MTA NYC subway stop: Parkchester. Metrocards as sold exclusively at Metrocard vending machines in the subway stations. As a service to you, for $15, get an $11 Metrocard (enough for 4 adult fares) which will be waiting for you at the house when you arrive. Price includes card and service fee cost. Metrocard can be shared with as many as card funds permit. Transfer is allowed from bus to bus, bus to subway, and subway to bus. Metrocard can also be used for JFK Airtrain ($5).
